Labor Day Festivities

Well better late than never to post my Labor Day festivities post. My roommate, Georgie, and I went up to Long Island City in Queens to go see her brother's girlfriend, Bella, at her apartment. Safe to say, we decided that would be a very, very nice place to get an apartment. Her view was absolutely amazing;  you could see the Freedom Tower, the Chrysler Building, and the Empire State Building. Watching the sunset over Manhattan across the water was beautiful (and made for some great pictures, obviously). We had a cookout with Bella and a bunch of her friends from college and ate up on the terrace overlooking the water, then ended up just carrying on late into the night. It was the perfect way to spend my Labor Day, honestly. Check out some pictures from the day!
